Home exercises for full body workout? - full body exercises

I want to lose fat. I know it can not recognize the reduction. I wonder if it was a retirement home (without the use) of devices that can lose the excess fat and fit.

Some of the best exercises that I use for Fitness magazine. They have free online video method that works! Coaching or certain body areas (hips, thighs, torso, etc.)
You have to register before you can view videos, but it is free and worth it! It keeps me weakened and once you learn specific exercises to help you, you can everywhere.
Its inclusion in the running or walking works wonders!

Sure - the key is the diversity and strength. Start for 15-20 minutes walk or use the jump rope, which is an excellent weapon in his tone, burn fat and increase endurance. Then you can try different types of exercises - some examples are presented here for you to try.

The best is a mix of aerobics and weight, you are squats, lunges, overhead presses, etc., while maintaining weight. Do not use too much weight, while this way, and if you want to use more weight, just more static, but I do squats holding a 10 lbs. Weight on both shoulders. The construction of some muscles is the most effective way to alter the resting metabolism.
Alternate these exercises pure aerobic few days and see the difference!
Free weights are very inexpensive and take up little space.
