Numbness in left arm after doing weights? - numbness in left arm more condition_symptoms

I have recently started lifting weights. After a few strengthening exercises with the preacher, I believe that my left arm is numb.

He gave me a very bad pain and numbness, if I exercise. But I did have pain to a better body.

Is it dangerous for me? I wear a weight?

Can anyone help?

Toyota Hey Lover. There are a lot of bad advice on this site - especially with regard to medical issues. I hope my advice is not so bad.

What you describe is not normal and should be taken very seriously. Possibilities include compression of vascular or heart problems, nerve (herniated disc, for example) in the neck, the thoracic outlet syndrome and other syndromes of nerve compression and much more.

I want to avoid lifting weights until a thorough medical examination is completed by a competent physician, physical medicine and chiropractic.

Best wishes and good luck.
